License
Is there a trial version?
You bet there is! We offer a 7-day free trial.
What about updates? Do they cost extra?
When you buy a license you will receive all the updates for free. Increasing major version numbers (from 1.x to 2.x, for example), may cost extra. Although, you can always keep the last version you have for free.
Where can I find the serial number of my license?
After you purchased a license, you will automatically receive an email with your unique serial number. Then you can always access our License Manager to retrieve serial number or manage license. If you need help, contact us specifying the name and email used during checkout.
How many devices can I pair to my license key?
Brewer X license comes with two available seats. It means you may use the app both on your laptop and your desktop, by entering the same serial number. To manage paired devices, go to the License Manager.
How to add more devices to my license?
If you need to use Brewer X on more than two devices in the same time, consider to purchase another license.
Payment & refund
Which payment methods do you accept?
Right now we support credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How to ask for a refund?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you will get a full refund within 30 days from purchase by simply sending us an email to [email protected].
Where can I get an invoice for my purchase?
If you need an invoice instead of the regular payment receipt, please get in touch with us at [email protected]. We will get back to you with further instructions.

Requirements
Could Homebrew release a breaking update?
Well, we have no control over Homebrew updates. However, we can assure you that Brewer X uses only public APIs which should be pretty stable. If perhaps we have to reach to private APIs, we will do this strictly through external integrations.
Does Brewer X work on Windows or Linux?
Unfortunately not. Brewer X is a native macOS app and there’s no plans to port it to other systems.
